How long have you been into sneakers?
Been into sneakers since mid/late90′s jus into it, had a really big intrest which lead me too buying my first sneakers(iverson1′sbluetoe n redtoe which i think started “onlydropsinthiscityetc.”)in 9th grade! But always had the af1′s with that jem swoosh!(which i would still rock if/wen i decide to find them)then my playoff12′s! Crazy how back then my friends mom got us all our pairs. Yes! 3 pairs 1 person( mom @ that) walked out happy. Damn i miss those days.
Most memorable memory of a pair of sneakers?
Most memorable shoes would have to be my KD IV nerfs(not for the hype either) i grew up playing with nerf shit as a kid seeing that shoe gave me flashbacks! The whole concept design,boxing nerfXnikecollabo two things i knew growing up, what could be btr? Jordans r great but ima sneakerfan not jus J’s. Shiet i even have sum L.A. Lights! I guess i like fun shoes, shoea that look good n 1′smost people dont have a clue or think they r fake is ok to me! I “just do me”adidas puma i do it all!!
What defines a ‘Sneakerhead” to you?
A sneakerhead to me i guess is up to U. If u like dress shoes u a dress shoehead? Its ones own take i guess. But there r ones that do front u got resellers that try to hustle(which i dont hate on) n u got rhe rich kids who wipes their asses with$$$ n get every shoe n u got 1′s like that get it to keep!(@ end of it all irs jus shoes/ i sell when i can;) u guys know what i mean)
What defines a “Grail” to you? Have it in your collection?
Hmmm my grails nerfs/ my 11′s/banned1′s but it don’t matter i still wear it! I mean wut the point if they jus sit n collect dust while u collect dust lols!
Quality vs. Quantity? Why?
Im on quality i mean one can have 100 pairs of gr against 20 litimteds the 20 will be fresher to me!!!
What’s one thing would you change about the current state of the sneaker culture?
If im able to change the game i would change the amout of camping days!!! N retro prices pretty much it.
