This Summer London will play host to the Summer Olympics and Team USA is hoping to win back-to-back Gold medals. Plenty of Team USA player exclusives will be made for that. But back in 1992 we had the original “Dream Team” consisting of the US’s greatest basketball players. Most of them in the NBA and most of them stars with their own signature shoes. In homage of the start of the “Dream Team” , we see many of the most memorable Nike shoes from the Olympic team over the years. Here are some of Nike’s own “Dream Team”. We get the USA versions of the Air Force 180 word by Charles Barkley, Air More Uptempo worn by Scottie Pippen, the Nike Shox BB4 worn by Vince Carter and the Zoom Huarache 2k4 that Kobe Bryant rocked. And for good measure a “USA” themed version of the Air Force 1 High is seen as well. To cap off the release a special Destroyer jacket was created with patches and additions paying homage to the past.
